MOTION SYSTEM
The 2 Actuator haptic feedback system features 1.5 inches of travel per actuator, delivering realistic road surface texture feedback and tactile vibrations from the engine and impacts. G-FORCE SYSTEM
This model is equipped with our seat belt tensioner system with racing harness providing G-Force effect on the body. This incredibly effective system applies pressures to the body under breaking creating sustained g-force sensation, aiding in the control of your breaking and providing tactile feedback with regards to how hard you are breaking.
STEERING SYSTEM
At the heart of the simulator is a suite of professional-grade controls, featuring the industry-leading Simucube 2 direct drive system. This commercial-strength force feedback setup utilizes an industrial-grade motor to deliver powerful and realistic feedback, enhanced by a high-resolution SinCos encoder for a smoother feel, making it ideal for professional applications and discerning users seeking an unparalleled racing experience.

PEDAL SYSTEM
The Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic pedals are a custom Vesaro version of Heusinkveld technology, offering commercial-grade performance with full hydraulic operation for all three pedals. With a maximum brake force of 136kg and clutch force of 45kg, they feature fully adjustable geometry, hydraulic damping, and load cells for accurate input. The dual-stage brake system simulates real conditions, while the clutch allows for customizable effort and travel, providing an ultimate pedal feel for professional use.
COMPUTER SYSTEM
The simulator features a custom-built Vesaro PC with top-tier components for optimal performance. Assembled in-house by the same technicians who build the simulator, it ensures a seamless, unified solution.
SEAT
The simulator offers an authentic GT-style driving position with a raised pedal setup and angled seat, using a commercial-strength framework. It features adjustable pedal height and position, along with a professional Corbeau Carbon racing seat for optimal comfort and performance.
AUDIO SYSTEM
The simulator features high-quality on-board audio with an Alpine subwoofer under the seat and a digital amplifier powering four custom Vesaro satellite speakers. This clean setup eliminates the need for separate components and trailing cables, enhancing the overall experience.
TACTILE FEEDBACK SYSTEM
The simulator includes a powerful tactile feedback transducer that evenly distributes forces through the seat and chassis, avoiding hotspots common in other systems. This design simulates the authentic tactile vibrations felt in a real car.
VISUAL DISPLAY SYSTEM
This system provides a compact setup by implementing our compact triple display stand product mated with three high end 32 inch curved displays for an immersive wraparound visual solution.
DIGITAL DASHBOARD
Backing this up is the digital display dashboard providing you with essential race date directly in your eyeliner. With a vibrant 4.3in LCD display and 16 integrated RGB LEDs, the DDU provides an intelligent interface to your Vesaro simulator. Using 16 full RGB LEDs, all individually adjustable in function, colour, and brightness, you can create your perfect data display.
